As an Atlanta native, Justin loves serving at organizations who are committed to making a positive impact on this amazing city and community.  That is what drew him to Al-Tru, and he’s excited to help us grow as we love on those who love on us.  Professionally, Justin has been in various sales positions at many technology-focused companies, so is excited to share his network and technology experience with Al-Tru in order to elevate the experience of the members we serve.  In addition to Al-Tru, he is a Sales Director at LiveRamp and a Board Member of TentUSA.  In his spare time, Justin loves spending time with his wife and three kids in their Sandy Springs community.

Kenneth Tan, CPA, CFE, CGMA

Kenneth is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history in both nonprofit and professional services industries. He brings expertise in accounting research, payroll, business process improvement, financial statement analysis, and auditing. A strong business development professional, Kenneth holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Kenneth is dedicated to leveraging their skills and experience to drive impact and support the mission of AL-Tru.

Louis Strydom

Louis is President and CEO of Input Technologies Inc., an Atlanta based software technology company founded in 1999. Prior to that Louis was Co-founder of Focus Solutions (Pty) Ltd in South Africa, his first IT start up. Louis has an MBA from Emory University along with Degrees in Economics, Law and Human Sciences from the University of Johannesburg. Louis is a member of NorthPoint Community Church in Atlanta where he is active as a Leadership Development Mentor. Louis is also on the board of Judea Harvest a ministry in Africa that focus on Evangelical work throughout Africa, as well as 70×7 that focus on leading people to Forgiveness.

Ivanna Garcia Williams is a strategic consultant with a passion for community empowerment and a strong foundation in business administration and international business. Holding a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Postgraduate degree in International Business from Universidad Rafael Landívar in Guatemala, she navigates complex business challenges and drives effective solutions. Ivanna consults part-time with Crabapple Roofing, focusing on streamlining operations and managing business finances. With prior experience as a civil registration officer at the Guatemalan Consulate in Atlanta, she is dedicated to applying her skills to the nonprofit sector and helping organizations secure funding for impactful work. She is also a proud entrepreneur, business owner, and full-time mom!

Gbenga Arotiba is a visionary leader and a data engineer/architect with over 20 years of IT experience. He holds a master’s degree in computational finance and an MBA focused on Technology and entrepreneurship from Georgia Tech. As an AI enthusiast, he is passionate about leveraging technology to create a positive impact on society. Gbenga’s expertise lies in business intelligence, data analysis, and product development. He is also a serial entrepreneur and startup advisor, committed to building and supporting communities through his technology initiatives.

Over the past 15 years, Stephen has worked in finance roles at a variety of organizations including nonprofits, startups, early-stage companies, and Fortune 500. He has experience in a variety of industries including fintech, financial literacy, foster care, healthcare, professional services, e-commerce, SaaS, construction, real estate, biotech & media.
 
When he’s not working, he enjoys checking out a new coffee shop with his wife and daughter. You can always find him watching Arsenal, Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Bearcat games!

Virginia is actively involved in Women Leadership workshops and has facilitated thousands of female entrepreneurs through the Bank of America Women Entrepreneurship Certificate Program at eCornell University. She is the author of Meaningful Freedom and Your Unique Gift. As CEO of Transformative Power who believes everyone is born with unique gifts, she provides strategic consulting to help changemakers, legacy makers and leaders make a difference in the world.
