Trey McKnight, Host and Emcee

Executive Coach, Novus Global

Trey McKnight is an executive coach at Novus Global with a passion for inspiring leaders to move toward what matters. He is also a non-profit executive leader, speaker, and emcee working with highly influential organizations across the country.

 

After graduating with a journalism degree from the University of Georgia, his early career in firefighting gave him a foundational love for the disciplined pursuit of leadership, teamwork, fitness, and health. He enjoys maintaining a lifestyle of exploring capability beyond perceived limits and has carried his learnings through more than a decade of organizational and team leadership.

 

Trey and his wife Jamie Brooke live in the northern suburbs of Atlanta with their three children, Mason, Rowen, and Holly.

Shane Jackson, Keynote Speaker

President, Jackson Healthcare

Shane Jackson is president of Jackson Healthcare, the parent company of more than 20 healthcare workforce businesses that serve over 10 million patients a year.

 

Championing its mission of improving the delivery of patient care and the lives of everyone it touches, he has led the organization through growth that has landed it on the Forbes list of America’s Top Private Companies; placement on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For and Best Workplaces in Health Care lists; a spot on the PEOPLE Companies that Care list; and nearly a decade of Great Place to Work certification.

 

Shane is the author of two books – This Is the Thing: About Life, Joy, and Owning Your Purpose, an Amazon best seller – and Fostering Culture: A Leader’s Guide to Purposefully Shaping Culture. He also has written about leadership and workplace culture for Fast Company and Forbes, and shares insights on his own channel, ShaneJackson.com.

 

In addition to the company he leads, Shane champions Jackson Healthcare’s LoveLifts community impact platform that partners with more than 450 nonprofit organizations annually to make a positive impact in local and global communities. He also serves on several boards and is vice chair of the leader-led goBeyondProfit business initiative.

Toni Collier, Keynote Speaker

Founder, Broken Crayons Still Color

Toni Collier is the founder of an international women’s organization called Broken Crayons Still Color and helps women process through brokenness and get to healing and hope.

 

Toni is a speaker, host of the Still Coloring podcast, and author of three books: Brave Enough to be Broken, a children’s book called Broken Crayons Still Color, and a new book releasing in August 2025 called Don’t Try This Alone.

 

Toni is teaching people all over the globe that you can be broken and still worthy, or feel unqualified and still be called to do great things.

Beth Benentt, Keynote Speaker

Area Director, Mission Increase Atlanta

Beth Bennett serves as the Area Director for Mission Increase Atlanta, offering coaching and training to 160 faith based non-profits in the Atlanta area.   

 

With more than 35 years of ministry experience, Beth is passionate about helping ministry leaders enjoy God while leading their causes,  creating sustainable fundraising approaches, and helping them to discover the soul of their leadership. 

 

She is a licensed minister, pastoral counselor, leadership coach, and retreat leader, with a certification in Spiritual Director at the School of Sustainable Faith. Beth is also the host of  the “Quick to Listen” Podcast, Soul Care for Busy Leaders.
